I think (as a Phillies fan) you’ll find the new DH to be streaky. He may carry the team for a few weeks, then hit .200 for a stretch. Either way, I think it will be an adjustment for Burrell to acquaint himself with the DH role.
As it is, I’m hoping he finds a day to play left field. I’ll be going to Baltimore on the 11th to see the O’s play the Rays and I have a front-row seat down the third base line.
And, don’t be enticed by that stolen base tonight. He must have been charged-up about being back in Philly. Normally, he needs a cart to get from first to third.

Great Post! Thank you for explaining why we girls love baseball. I agree that Rocco looks terrible in his uniform, quick someone strip him off that crappy uniform!
