People can’t we just all get along?!
First things first Matt Garza, who should never be called Matty (yes I’m talkin to you Brian Anderson), was magnificent again. I really think we’re going to witness a no hitter from him at some point. He was, well he was basically unhittable last night. He pitched a two hit shutout, which was really a one hit shutout. Garza is all we should be talking about today. Not only did he win the game he saved the bullpen after the 12 inning marathon game. Kudos dude. I would say more but I’ve already written whole posts about how super this guy is!
Am I the only one that wants this whole BJ Upton nonsense to go away. From his comments last night I’m hoping we are going to see the end of it all. He’s right all he has to do is run hard every time and this is not an issue. So please go with that okay Bossman. Oh and Mr. Maddon please get your message across without having to sit our awesome centerfielder. This team needs him. Okay, now hug. This should not be a story right now. The fact that the Rays are winning the AL East should be the story. The AL East people!
Let’s hope the Rays bring it again tonight. Go Rays!!

Well said Jessica. BJ gettin’ some tough love. If this few days doesn’t work, there are deeper issues to be worked out during the offseason. Hopefully BJ wants a pennant ++ just as much as the next guy and dials it up.
