Ugh, what’s with the losing?
Not only are the ’08 Rays a new team, a winning team, but their fans are born again also. We really like the winning. So if the team could get back to that it would be groovy. Oh and the losing by eleven runs is really a shock to our systems, so let’s not let that happen again. Mmkay thanks.
The Rays have now lost four in a row. Other fan bases role with these mini slumps, but Rays fans flash back to a much darker time. Back to when the Rays didn’t shine. There is a big difference now though. The team is actually pretty good. Matter of fact they rock. So don’t give up on them.
Support them like you did Longo for all-star. He beat the stache! How sweet is that. It would have been sweeter if they could have beaten the Yankees, but …
Anyway here’s hoping the Rays can take the series from the Indians. Rest for a couple of days and then come back strong. Go Rays!!
Um, you may never be allowed to go on vacation again. Not that it is the cause of this slide but why take the chance.
Also, at what point should I pull out the panic button I used every time the bullpen blew up last year? It is still locked away but I know where it is.
And yes, I am spoiled by winning.
